LOL i mean that i train and coach people to do the job they are paid for at T-Mobile UK.
i recently devised and implimented a training plan for blackberry so the advisors can answer questions and fix issues with blackberry users accounts.
i am about to devise a plan for mobile data usage and other associated services.
i am an advisor myself too doing the same job as the people i train/coach.
