Basically I maintain and aid in the purchase of medical equipment. It really is a fun job, but can be stressful as hell at times.

Maintaining Med-equip. would be stressfull, peoples lives depend on your acuracy...Right on!

Sounds tasty, I'm partial to Italian more then seafood my self though. And deserts I don't know why, their a pain in the *** to make, but I just love plating desserts, its like a little painting I get to make with food, my own little piece of art.
