What do you do to stay in shape and stay healthy?

when i was a personal trainer i'd tell my clients to get nekkid and jump up and down in front of a mirror. anything that jiggled (more than normally) had to go. it was motivational....i think

very motivational ..that is except a few places that jiggle haha.. but definily they could see your point..:ROFL:

I used to be a gym rat and lived that lifestyle for 7 years mostly focused on power lifting and strength conditioning.My gym closed down it was a mom and pop operation i took a little time off from lifting so now i have been on the couch for 3 years :nilly:I do intend to make a come back the first of the year :headbang2my new years resolution will be to swear off fast food except for a arby's roast beef sandwich once in a while and there is a gold's gym being built just a couple miles from me it should be open early spring i will be a member and within 6 months i shall be buff once agin haha.:grinno:

Ah that is sweet ... you can definitly do it again since you made your mind up and made it your goal.. good luck to you. You will enjoy your new look and most of all you will feel great!!!

your so honest Nic... but that is true of alot of people.. if we did not have responcibilities we would probably get fat and lazy.. we need to stay healthy just to drag ourselves out of bed every morning... something is always keeping us on our toes.. someone or something relys on us and of course we need the money:D
 
An hour of cardio daily, half an hour of weight training (alternate between upper body and lower body), Eggs for breakfast every morning, chicken for lunch, something lite for dinner, various healthy snacks throughout the day, and chasing women.
