I need to start jogging, I have a thin layer of fat on my body I need to rid so my 6 pack is visible, I know i have one, I can feel it.

you do need some sort of exercise and that would be great..not only make you feel better and look better but you will be better in school.. it makes your heart circulate your blood and your brain will be sharp. goooo for it!! And you will feel relaxed after it and sleep better..
