This is an 84 year old (and still very pretty) woman getting her gig on! (dancing) We all could only DREAM of having her skills when we are her age :) Very very good vid. It does not take much , just click the link and share with us how the vid makes you feel. I for 1 am just blown away and feel like there is hope for all of us if we just stay active. Liz, skirmish was very tiring, muggy and itchy (Mozzies). Played about 4 hours of it in dense scrub, 84F temps, skeeta's everywhere, sweaty jumpsuits, and a 2.5ft assult laser rifle weighing 6-8 lbs. Not much by itself, but running and crawling around with it for 4 hours gets the body sore. My achilles tendons ache so bad.

you poor thing..that is too much to deal with lol... but you probably slept good.... except for itching.. :D hope your achilles are okay..had that once it is pretty painful ..especially if they swell up..take it easy i hope today.
 
hmm i drink lots of coffee smoke and eat what ever i want... then go to work
 
I need some advice. I am 6'2", and 260lb. I run for 1 hour everyday (on an incline), swim 2 miles, and work out. I used to do 500 crunches and 150 push ups as well. The problem is I gain muscle very easily. When I was on my diet+crunches+push up regimin, I gained weight and inches around the midsection. Instead of my stomach getting smaller, my abs got bigger. I try to lose weight, but gain muscle instead. I don't know what to do, but it sucks. I eat anything and you can notice it immediately.
 
btw, I was on the swim team and water polo during high school, and even the football coach was asking me if I was on the football team. Currently benching 340, curl 180, etc...

Lucky! I want to get really good muscles on my right forearm so when i get a Slipknot 'S' It looks awesome. Any thing that will help me gain muscle in the forearm area?

You call yourself "Onion" Your making me "cry" :D Muscle weights more then fat... as long as you have all that muscle what could possibly be the problem:ROFL::ROFL:We all wish we had some of that muscle:eek: Sounds like athlete material to me..:):naughty:
