What do you do when you hate your neighbors

My neighbors don't seem to have any boundaries set for their youngest (3 y.o.). The kid is constantly coming into my yard, touching my vehicle or trying to come in my house or garage. Over the weekend they bought him a power wheels car to drive. Watched him ride around the cul-de-sac and the bee line it for the intersection like he was headed out of state. Had a good laugh as his dad ran out of the house full sprint after the kid. Yesterday he was driving it up my driveway and almost hit my truck, as I was cracking the window to yell at him his mom appeared and I chewed her out instead.

Yeah,they need a good talking to if they allow a 3year old outside unattended on some motorized toy vehicle.
 
1. Make a friend who's a hit man
2. Do something that will cause said friend to owe you a favor.
3. Call in the favor on annoying neighbor.
4. Enjoy a beer :)

Ahh so you're not new to this... you wouldn't believe how many amateur assassins come to me and think 20k is a lot. Pm me and we will discuss the real price...
