Organ meat might not be so good for regular use in the long run.. organ meat contain a lot of fats.. even humans are advised to take it in moderation.. i don't know how much it costs you.. are you plannin on this cos it is cheaper? do try to give the aro what they might eat in the wild.. shrimps, krill, crickets, mealworms, earthworms, any fish(not live) like tilapia, mullet, anchovies without the bones and in cubes that can fit their mouth.

pellets give out very good nutrition for the fish.. hikari fish sticks(might be expensive in the long run).. try this hikari economy(its a pond koi food) i still havent had success in gettin my aros to eat it but eventually they will.. they are stuck on hikari sticks, tilapia, prawn(shelled), anchovies, mullet for now.

Beefheart isnt healthy to feed in huge amounts to your aro.. like said its high in fat. Market prawn, mealworms, crickets, nightcrawlers, hikari pellet and tilapia are all part of my aros diet :)

My austrailian arow is about 8" and I currently feed it frozen blood worms and hikari food sticks.

Market shrimp is good but I'd wait your arow is 12", I had a arow that died from choking. sucks..
