My austrailian arow is about 8" and I currently feed it frozen blood worms and hikari food sticks.

Market shrimp is good but I'd wait your arow is 12", I had a arow that died from choking. sucks..

have you ever heard of cutting the shrimps into smaller pieces?

anyway, I cut a medium sized shrimp into two pieces then stuff some SERA AROWANA PELLET in the shrimp then feed it to my aro
