What do you feed your cichlids?

I mostly have CA cichlids and I feed them nls cichlid formula mixed with thera a, spirulina flakes, frozen krill, mysis shrimp, spirulina anhanced brine and love bloodworms. Besides these is there any other food that will promote fast growth and bring out the colors of fish?

Fry and juvies I feed my special mix of crushed flakes ,NLS and hikari cichlid gold. Bigger fish I use the same mix just whole and mix in frozen brine shrimp ,blood worms and glass worms.

Yeah. I do 40-50% water changes twice a week. Is that good or bad?

Most of my fish are fed NLS, a couple still eat massivore because they refuse to eat anything else lol. When my massivore supply is gone they will have to switch. My fry are fed Repashy spawn and grow...love that stuff and so do the fry.

If I could afford them, the live black worms are great for fast growth but the shipping is killer!

Everything mentioned plus freeze dried blackwoms. I buy the cubes and tear them into chunks. I prefer FD food over frozen.
