Beefheart and NLS. Sometimes as a treat live danios or worms.

Beefheart is bad for fish. It is best not to feed mammals to fish. They cannot process it properly

Hikari BioGold, bloodworms, and some pieces of shrimp and tilapia every now and then. Oh and peas once a week to keep him regular.

Water is almost as important as diet. I feed my a mix of Hikari bio gold, spirulina pellets, and freeze dried shrimp/krill/bloodworms.
