what do you feed your fish?

I have all african cichlids. So they get fed NLS and once in a blue moon blackworms for a snack.

kk thanks i forgot to say i the beef heart is homemade (very cheap and very easy to make) i also give them peas, cucumber and sweetcorn

is it ok to feed a Jag frozen garden sweetcorn, or will he eat that ?

i feed my large fish: mainly Hikari Massivore, except my gulper catfish which only eat tilapia. occasionally, i may feed mysis shrimp, shrimp pellets or wafers.

i feed my small fish: TetraMin tropical flakes and some home made flake food i bought from a local breeder.

I feed my oscar Danichi/NLS pellets, peas, krill, squid, mealworms, earthworms, crickets and grass hoppers and small chunks of pineapple. They also pick at the fresh veggies I keep on tap for my Royal Pleco. I feed the plec chunks of cucumber,zuchini, sweet potato, leafy romaine, squash, and algae wafers.

Nls as a staple for my carnivorous plecos also tetramin pro. My mascara barbs get the same. Everyone fasts once a week with zucchinni thrown in there once a week. No feeders or frozen ---ever.
