What do you feed your mbuna

Yea it was at an awesome fish store where I live called Fintastics. They werent specific when they sold it to me but told me it was a Tropheops. At first it looked like a yellow lab but soon got black on its body and a blue sheen.

I feed NLS cichlid , grow and picky eater pellets, Hikari Cichlid staple, Omega 1 veggie flakes, frozen brine and mysis shrimp. Ocean Nutritions Brine shrimp, Formula 1 and 2 flakes. Not all fish of mine eat the same thing, so it depends on which tank and what fish is there lol. Also baby brine shrimp (frozen), HBH baby food for my fry tank.
