Good memory for someone with that bad of a memory lmao.

It's weird, I tend to remember small insignificant details much better than others.

I own a small gun store and have been a licensed firearm dealer now for 21 years. Luckily for me I’m an essential business and the while coronavirus is effecting many I’m busier than ever.

How are you an essential business? Don't get me wrong, I love guns, but last time I checked the majority of americans don't hunt their food.

Retired microbiologist/chemist for a drinking water plant. Peak flow in summer about 300 million gallons per day, half that in winter.
Beside testing water, had to test the efficacy of 40 bio-filters per year, each around the size of an olympic swimming pool, but much deeper, media alone in each was 6 ft deep.

a normal backwash per filter, was once every 4 days and used @ 55,000 gallons per wash.
The biggest perk was being able to test my aquarium water on very accurate gear.

Well for starters it’s our second amendment right stated in the Bill Of Rights so it’s kinda hard to bypass the Constitution which they are attacking hard especially firearm sales. I whole heartily disagree with calling any business non-essential as that business is essential to the owners and employees who use that to support their families so I can go on all day with regards to our constitutional rights. Luckily Trump stood by us and supported the Second Amendment like he promised.

I don’t know if you’re aware but the ridiculous decision by the Supreme Court ruled that the police have no duty to protect you and can watch someone attack you and not intervene. There is also another ridiculous order during this Covid 19 pandemic that they have a no contact order and only respond to calls so what’s your other choice? Ding ding ding a firearm to protect you...

Especially if a clown shows up at your door ?

Ok, I think this is getting to political. Eventually this will turn into a one side against the other thread. Battling over political differences. That isn't the reason we're here. Where mostly here to talk about fish, maybe a little more. But this is NOT the place to discuss political views or preferences.

I am still studying but would love to work in field biology, phylogenetics and research on animals or plants. Drosera (sundews) have me hooked currently but ichthyology is my main passion. I have also dabbled in entomology (specifically myrmecology) for a while, enough to identify most ants by genus or family
