What do you guys think about this fish?

I wouldn't go for either the eels mentioned; the one you posted will definitely eat your fish, and the garden eel requires 8" sand bed for a home.

if you really want en eel that badly, zebra eels are your best bet. they wont bother the smallest of fish but will prey on crustaceans.

I do want an eel, and one is coming home with me eventually.

It will NOT be a garden, or a zebra moray however though. Dont like the looks of either.

I've got a Fim like you posted. It managed to eat most of my 5" juvie yellow tail snapper out of the 500 gallon it's in.

I have one too and that thing ate all the fish in my 150 except my horn shark. Now he lives by himself down stairs.

Dang. Well. Steering clear. The eel will be the last thing I had to the tank. Fish that get too big, or become problematic will be sent to my lab.

Maybe the golden tailed...I am thinking I am going to end up with a baby tessalata though.
