What do you keep with your Geos?

Thanks for all the replys guys,I'm planning to keep a group of Geo. abalios.Tank will be 125 g 72''x 18''.Any suggestions for what size group of this particular Geo.? ,tankmates etc,thanks.

A 125 should be big enough for a group...depends on how big they are now. I'd start with half a dozen and see what happens.

Get a group and grow them out. Very attractive fish.

Great Choice, of all of my Geophagus I have ever kept, the Albios have always been my favorite, I hope to get them back, Great Geos! Kept mine with SA's, Sev's, Chocolates, several different species of Aequidens Like the tetramerus, and since it was a 220, also kept them with Geophagus sp. "Nieva". I kept different species of Silver Dollars, like Myleus schomburgki & Myleus rhomboidalis, and a huge scool of Hyphessobrycon anisitsi (Buenos Aires Tetra). It was a great tank that I will for sure recreate! Enjoy!
