I like Minor Threat for bench presses but MDC for my triceps. Shoulders and Biceps are both 20 minutes of grueling agonizing The Hope Conspiracy and Chet Atkins for my legs.
On arm days i like Rick Ross, meek mill, big Sean, or whatever else comes on my Pandora for them. And leg days i like coheed and cambria, two door cinema club, the Xx, etc..
