So when the sink doesn't have the sensor but actually has the old fashoned handles, and there are only dryers and not paper towels nearby do you still wash your hands, knowing that you will have to put your clean hands on the handles so many people have touched right after doing their business?

I dry my hands first and then use the paper towel to turn that off as well.

Germs are our friends... All I do it's rinse my hands with water, no soap, and dry my hands with whatever is available, and yes that sometimes means just my pants...
If you're constantly using hand sanitizer you will never use your immune system so when you actually need it it can't fight for you because it had become a fat couch potato..

Though I've thought about getting one of them Air Dryers in my home cause we use a lot of paper towels. Which gets expensive.
