there's nothing wrong with cheddar on a pizza, every Pizza Hut specialty pizza comes with cheddar. Hungry Howie's triple cheese mix includes cheddar as well.
the second best cheese mix I've had was 65% mozzarella, 30% muenster, 5% cheddar. I'm drooling just thinking about it.
