what do you think about these prices

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I always mention this when we compare prices on polypterids: If you're shopping at your LFS, it depends on the supply/demand of your location.

Prices on the interweb on the other hand are universal, so if you're shopping online, then Rehoboth and Infinite are the way to go as far as price and quality.

HTH :)

hmm...
since youre not here in asia.
i'd say those are good prices.
except for the endli though.
here palmas are more expensive than endlis or delhezis.

Lets see how they compare to all the LFS in St. Louis Missouri

*ahem*

Delhezi...N/A

Palmas...N/A

Endi...N/A

Senegalus...$5.99 at Petsmart

Those polypterus are non existent here in the midwest. Only way to get them is online. If its a good price for your area or they rarely get them in then I say you would know if the price is right. I could compare fish prices here to fish prices all over the US (mainly the coasts) and I know I would be getting ripped off, but I don't have a choice, shipping is expensive.

the endi is definitely overpriced and I think the del is too. My lfs has 10" dels all the time for $50.

The palmas seems okay.

Where is this lfs? Please PM me.

i can get a 3 inch delhezi for 30.00 at lfs. palmas for 25.00 and 4-6 inch endi for 75.00 . im thinking about getting the first 2 but the endi seems steep. what ya think?
fishguts what LFS is this? are you from Mars, Pa?

no im not from mars pa . it was a joke. i didnt even know there was a mars pa. im going to try to get them from a vedor off here or something.

Don't listen to all these cheap skates about it being over priced. For those that have contributed positively, give yourself a pat on the back. If you like it then buy it. Price is not a factor if you can afford it and love it. There is a fish for everyone's budget so if polys is really what you want then go for it. It's worse to regret missing out on buying these fish and never see them come into your LFS again.
