I would go retic, a yellowhead. Awesome snakes.

I've considered afrocks in the past, but it seems like 90% of what's on the market are wild-caught and I'd like to avoid that, hopefully a CB one would be less aggro.

I would like an albino ball python but they're rare.

Not really. My LPS has them all of the time.

I wouldn't get a rock python, they're like the tokay geckos of the snake world, always pissed off and bite like hell!

I agree, no ball python is rare. lol.

And yes, I have been around them rock pythons before and they are nasty. But at the same time, the owners I talked to gave up on them right away. I'm sure a CBB one would be a bit tamer, but I am thinking about just going to a burmese insted.

I'd go with a burm. Granite burms look so cool, and there are tons of other morphs to choose from.

IYou are entiteled to your opinion and I respect it, however, most of us will not agree with you on the "ugly" part.

I will be purchasing a normal coloured animal, I don't like all the special colours they have, IMO thats ugly.

Have you looked into dwarf burms or retics. They really are not that dwarf but max around 12 ft. They are not morphs but more of a local. May go alnong your lines of not to big. They also usually grow at a slower rate then normals.
