What do you think of this tank?

what do you mean the guys giving it to me cause he is just getting rid of stuff thats cluddering his house and he said hes just out of the hobby!!
That's an ok looking tank but the price ($0) makes it a GREAT looking tank. Everyone in this thread who's saying its an ok tank and that the seller or giver for that matter would have to pay them to take the tank have no idea what they are talking about.
First point, its free. It can't get any better than that.
Second point, the things that most posts in this thread is yapping about are cosmetic issues. It doesn't look like it has a lot of scratches just like any decent glass tank and whatever is in that tank can be taken out and then the receiving guy (you) can set it up whichever way you want it after you give it a good cleaning.
I would say its worth about $25-$30 considering that a new and unused 60 gallon Visio tank is worth $60. With the lights and filters, I would say $50.

the tank itself looks to be in good shape.. and it comes with filters and a heater... sounds like a good deal to me..

trust me it is im going to put me a wrecked pirate ship in there with a little plants not sure if i want live or fake yet. but yeh its going to be for my birchirs and baby like 1" or smaller ID sharks and my pleco, and maybe something else what do you think about just some rainbow or red tail sharks?
Wrecked pirate ship...pure class! Free Tanks ROCK, and convicts are great too so I'd keep them, the rest of the deco can go though!!!!
You can buy a brand new 55 for $150 that comes with a heater, filter, and everything except a stand. So I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it. If it came with the stand then I would probably pay $80.
haha, we should have a contest on here of who can make the corniest tank. priate ships, skulls and neon gravel and all that.
