I got my Festae at a little over an inch, and it looked like a Festae. Not sure what Mayans look like at that size, but it's not a RT.

Red Terrors eyespot will cover 50% of the upper portion of the tail - Mayans eyespot will be right dead smack in the middle. From your pic it's to hard for me to tell.
