If your up to resealing it, I would try to talk him down a little more but I would probably pay pretty close to that much. It is a sweet looking tank and it gives you a lot of possibilities for some really cool aquascaping.

I saw a thread like that too, IDK who but it looked pretty similar. I wouldn't drill, it would be a Pain to put new glass in.

how many gallons is that tank?

On another note, for having that much water volume and only 1 turtle... for the water to be that dirty he must NEVER do water changes.

haha i was thinking the same thing, he only has two filters which look like a topfin 20 and a topfin 60 on it so no wonder the waters so dirty. i can only imagine the smell that dirty water is putting off with an open top like that.

more pics he sent me. i was wrong, it's a topfin 60 & 40. still really under filtered for that turtle and it looks like there might be some goldfish swimming around. he's about two hours away and the sad part is that i don't know if i can talk anyone into helping me go to get it, i don't own a truck

I'm thinking its a tank from petco/petsmart. Im pretty sure I've seen them there before.

This tank came from the Aquarium Adventure in Cleveland when it closed down it was a show tank one of the few that didn't spring a leak it does need resealed tho
