What does everyone feed their GT

Trying to decide between staying with Hikari or going with either Omega one or New Life Spectrum. Any suggestions?
 
when i had new life spectrum(just ran out)

the colors really came out, he was a lot more active, and he gained weight

so i would say go with new life
 
Alternate. I use Colorbits, NLS, and two kinds of Hikari (mixed). I'm not comfortable with using a single type of food all the time.
 
I feed mine Hikari Cichlid Gold every meal and at night frozen cichlid cubes aswell (he gets grumpy if he doesn't get his cube). I give frozen blood worms, frozen peas and live brine shrimp once a week (different days) and feed live black worm at lunch time on my days off if I'm home (generally 2-3 times a week). He gets feeder kribensis once a month which I personally breed (don't trust fish store feeders).
 
Stick to a variety and you're golden. Key foods for me would be pellets, raw shrimp, and anything with spirulina to enhance the blue/green colors. Astaxanthan couldn't hurt either.
