$18,000 on the books in the form of grants and student loans. I am a mechanical engineering student (business minor). Under the table varies. I am trying to leverage myself into the nuclear power field ($130,000 per year). I have to complete a masters in engineering and an MBA.

BTW, the poll numbers pretty much model the US income statictics. 50% under 47,000 is typical. The upper income bracket is disproportional due to that bracket being able to afford larger tanks and expensive fish. MFK is just destined to attract those with the big stuff.

Aquaria Central gathers those with the small stuff. There you will find people with a ten or twenty gallon tank as the one and only tank in the house. Goldfish are popular as well as neons. There the incomes would probably be greater for the lower income bracket and the upper income bracket would likely be represented much lower than here.

I dont use my paycheck for my fish hobby so It's irrelevant to me. But if you wnat me to put an average Fish Cash figure., I'd say about $20 a month on average for me to spend of fish.

20$ a month its time for a new job so you can spend more. then you can buy all the cichla before Li does.......

I only work in the summers as I am still finishing up school, and this year I managed to pull in $4,000. I worked with Engineers at a factory and helped review the scimatics, make sure they where all inputed into the data base and so on. Not alot when Im trying to save up for a 300 gallon saltwater system + the fish. But my brother might be lending me some money so I may just be able to pull it off! :)

Admissions/Marketing Directof for a skilled nursing facility. $40,000.00/year base salary. Any bonuses just help fund my fish addiction!!!!! Definitely not a cheap hobby!!! :)

My base pay (absolute minimum that I can make) is $50K. Over the last 4 years I've averaged about $75K. So far this year I've made $80K and it looks like I should make around $95K by the end of the year. As for what I do. I could tell you but I'd have to kill ya.;)
