what does your knife love to eat?

My BGK (>10") will eat anything, but its favorite food is Hikari sinking wafers. It also loves daphnia, which is what BGK in the wild commonly eat.

think earthworms from my backyard is okay ?? i would always find them gettin into my koi pond ..

When I first got my BGK it was eating blood worms really great. I fed this for about 2 months. So then I tried feeding it freeze dried tubifex worms and it wouldnt eat it. Later I tried Hikari sinking pellets and it ate it but not as fast as blood worms. I kept feeding nothing but the sinking pellets for a few weeks to get the BGK used to it. Each day it was eating it better and better. Now it gobbles it up fast. I then started experimenting more and gave it krill, brine shrimp and even market shrimp and it eats all of it.
Later I will try mealworms and see hw that goes. It ate a guppy once but it was more of an opportunity thing.
