What else can I feed to my crayfish?

I caught him at a fishing lake, and I've only fed him bloodworms so far, but what else can I feed him? I have heard of the commonly sold shrimp. What should I do to the shrimp to make it edible for the crayfish? Anything else for him to eat? Thanks.

well i bought my crayfish for one purpose only, and that is to eat the piranhas leftovers hehehe. good cleaner too, i got 2 of them, well they were 3 but 1 got eaten by my p's while molting
