What else would you add to my 180 gallon

You could add some Discus fish, or just go for Severums, Uarus, platies they will give a lot of action and color.
If you are fine with some asian fish, then you could try the filamentosa barbs(Dawkinsia filamentosa)
 
I wouldnt do discus.
severums and uraus have a tendency to eat plants although some work out just fine.
Platies need a TDS of 200+ - something angeks dont appreciate.
Filament barbs would work but i wouldnt do them bassed off looks.

how about the spotted hoplo (HOPLOSTERNUM PUNCTATUM)?
They only grow to 3 in.

kinda. They enjoy company but dont HAVE to havae them. Yes, you can do one.

It's too stocked for discus, a severum I thought of but I have plants now, uarus I would love but they get too big for how much the tank is stocked already. And imo platies dont mix with this group of fish and they come from central america.

filament barbs are nice but then again arent from SA

Having a hard time trying to look for hoplo catfish around me called a few places and they dont have marbled/spotted ones.
