What equipment do I need for my Fish Collector/Camper Van?

Van is slow to get converted, but I am gathering up all supplies.
In the process of sound and temp insulating the walls. Laminate floors next. The bed cabinets should go fast after that.
I am setting up tanks in my shop for native fish in my shop, including a 250 gallon tote. I am still targeting the rare Spotted Bullhead Catfish.
I am rebuilding a 34 year old fiberglass canoe.
It was all busted up very bad when it was given to me.
This will be my Monster Fish collecting Vessel!
BEFORE PICTURES:
I removed all the patches, power washed and sanded the areas that need to be patched.
I started fiberglassing with epoxy resin to heal each wound.
This will be my "Old School" "Monster Fish" exploration vessel.
