If, when posting the stock list of your tank, you need to tell people not to say it is ovestocked, it's probably because it is overstocked. sorry.

How big are all the fish?

I do agree... but to be honest with the right size fish and the right filtration a tank may or may not be overstocked
Trick is if someone is going to upgrade or using the tank as a growout
