what fish breeds the most often?

Guppies drop fry only once a month more or less. Convicts raise their young in batches and can go a week or more without laying any eggs. Threadfin Rainbows, many tetras and other species lay a few eggs every singe day. So I guess if you want eggs often, you could look something like colombian tetras that spawn non-stop.
 
But never get otocinclus they are very rare too spawn. Even if you have a pair! Like me.

Are you spawning them for food? If so, you should also look into growth rate and not just how fast new fry are produced :)
