What fish is this?!

Thanks guys.... no wonder it seemed to be sulking in my FW tank. Moved it to a brackish setup. It's housed with 2 green scats and a figure 8 puffer. Good news is, it has started eating frozen bloodworms.
Putting up a few pics for you guys to see.... the pic quality is bad though!

Found a bit more info on behavior, they prefer small schools ( at least 4) and can get aggressive if not in schools, should not be kept as a pair. Omnivorous and easy to feed, even take flake if it has sunk, they are mainly bottom feeders. Don't keep with any crustacean as that is their favorite food, they have been known to pull the legs of crabs that are to large to eat. Temp. should be 78-80F, salinity is best around 1.010 though they are tolerant up to full SW.
 
I saw them in SW at my LFS.
