What fish out there eat fish poop?

A Purple Crapfish will clean your gravel, A Spotted Hosefish will do water changes for you, and a Variegated Pelletfish will feed your collection. Get them all, and I guess you don't have to do anything.

Now all I need is a Red Jobfish, so I can afford all these.

Even the scats (Scatophagus = dung-eater) will not ingest anything already metabolized (digested). They will eat anything still holding nutrient. But, no fish will eat poo to the extent of irradicating it from the tank. Plus, anything a fish may ingest from this feeding behavior will, of course, have it's own waste added to the tank.
Now, get yourself that new gravel washer you've been meaning to buy.
