First thing to pop into my head is I would like to be an electric catfish in lake tanganyika, terrorizing all those pretty little cichlids. I would want to be just about any large catfish, or a musky.

Or, a moray eel from the enchelycore genus (the ones with the long fangs) or muraena genus. Or a conger eel.

Being a sawfish would be pretty awesome as well.
