What frozen fish should not be used?

I have not ... given where I live, it's pretty much all fresh salmon and halibut.

Swai is fine to feed. I normally use tilapia and shrimp as a staple but recently have tried haddock and cod. They have all been eaten without any hesitation, so go for trying any of these.

Salmon is the one thing that all my predators go for the most, but like it was said earlier, it can leave an oily film on the top of the water. Because of this, I always feed salmon on a water change day - never had an issue with doing it this way. I also noticed a lot more growth out of some of my slower growing fish using salmon in the rotation.

tbh.. I avoid anything "farm raised" if possible for myself and my fish. Seeing how the fish are raised and what some of them are raised on... almost made me wanna puke. I'm sure there are quality farms out there but I avoid imported farm rasied fish, and salmon thats not wild caught. when the FDA reccomends I not eat something because i'm pregnant i tend to avoid it period. And I know i'm likely more cautiouse over it then most people. I'm also one of those organic eating hippies, and so are my fish lol.
