What gallon is my new tank?

Someone gave me a new tank at the weekend an im over the moon about it

i acctually went to see if he wanted some of my fish as i was overstocked yet ended up with a larger tank

the gank i now have is BUT WHATS GALLON IS IT?

4ft long
18 Inch High
15 Inch Wide


my old tank was a
3ft x 12" x 15"

There is a conversions tab to the top right of this forum which is very easy to use. I did your homework, and your tank is 56.18 Gallon's.

How do you work out volume when the tank is not rectangular? I am organising getting a 6' tank that is 5 sided

See how many times it takes to fill the tank using 1 gallon buckets.
If say it takes you 120 times, you can figure it out.
