What gar is this? Please help identify

Guys, again and as always, with my mobile phone. Got hold of these today. They are around 5,5 inches....

No one knows exactly what they are. Lfs says Lepisosteus Spatual ( alligators )..Could it be?

if it is a gator watch when you feed it and have a big tank i caught one of those suckers gnasty bite they get like 16 foot
