I'm currently feeding a mix of Hikari Gold, Chingmix SP 80 and, Grand sumo. It's best to mix it up. I also feed bloodworms and freeze dried ship for color.

everything ive seen about chingmix (before and afters) has been nothing short of incredible, one of the best breeders i know uses ching mix with bio gold and hai feng

i have used grand sumo it's ok but not the best results hikiri gold was nothing special but pricy the best result i have seen is from chingmix

Here are some of the many food i use.


The above picture is at least 2 months old.
The newer additions are Hikari Bloodworms, Tetrabits and GrandSumo Red.

Having disclosed all that, i feel my HOME MADE GHM (GOAT HEART MIX) is the best fish food for my flowerhorns according to me.

As far as branded food product is concerned, I vouch for Chingmix sp80 and Grandsumo RED
