Again, I take extreme offense to that statement, Airsoft is even used as a military/police training aid.

I have no problem with airsoft. I just find it funny...
Besides its VERY unrealistic. Ammo capacities, recoil, accuaracy, rate of fire, ballistics, and much more are totally different between toys and real guns. So please dont talk about how you get the "exerience" with airsoft!

Some people just think its stupid because its not as populare as paintball.
You know why? Because paintball can be played by anyone, Heck strap on a mask and run around in the woods. Airsoft actually takes relative skill to play, its a Military Simulation, but running around in the woods throwing paint at eachother.
Just check out some videos Of Operation Irene, or Operation Lionclaws on Youtube, thats what real airsoft is.

Dont be a loser and pull the ol, its not realistic BS, maybe i should through out my ps3 and xbox because most of the games i play are not realistic, and i dont think i will ever own a battle rifle or nade launcher in my halo2 game, its called having fun and having something to do, and hey, if owning a rifle gets you off more power to you but i like to get out and do something every now and then... stop being ignorant

Ofcourse you cant simulate recoil, if there was a way too, That would be great. And accuracy, are you kidding me? If there was no accuracy why would there be Snipers in airsoft firing guns that shoot 500 feet per second?
Ofcourse Its not the same as a real gun, but its as close as youre going to get.
I'm not talkign about those airsoft guns you see at wal-mart, I'm talking about 200-400 dollar guns, some cost more and most do if you customize.
