Oh I get it. Common courtesy. So since bikers only wave to other bikers, does that mean they wouldn't stop to help a non-biker? :grinno:

You aparrently didn't quite understand the point of my original post.
no not at all, its just something that we have been doing for years, and yes we would help anyone in need of help, whether on a bike or in a car, or just walking. after all we are people to, and it has taken a long time for the majority of us to clean up our so called image, so that we could even check into a hotel or go int a restaurant.

no doubt!!!!

from my school of life where I come from it is not to be the instigator of things that is my cup of coffee, as well, to walk from fools is the best resort as most people who wish to start things can't finish it so they are a fool.

yet, there are time where exception must take the forefront and it becomes time to fix things. it is in those times where you would meet the biker type you seem so fixed on meeting and those times are not so common. it is when the code of conduct has been crossed to a point that a point needs to be made.:naughty: for example the night of my sisters wedding there was a gang bang jump done on one member of the wedding party at a 7/11 when they stopped to get smokes on the way home. the gang members thought they were so cool with what they did until a group of the then called Appollos now called Hell's Angels decided the front door on their hang out needed to be removed and the house cleansed.

most of the time people from my arena of life would actually just laugh at what a jackoff a person is who is trying to get a rise out of them.

edit:actually most if not all of the people from my circle are all about being free from the constraints of society that so restrict people from living their dreams and passions and to me this is the heart and soul of this subject not the base side you wish to see exhibited

What annoys me is when I see strangers on motorcylces wave at each other when they pass each other.

I own an SUV, so should I wave at everyone I pass who is driving an SUV? WTF?:grinno:

It's sort of like boating, or driving a Mini. It's kind of part of the sub-culture. A lot of the bikers where I live are pretty friendly and easy going. They love talking about their bikes and sharing stories, even with non-bikers.
