what happened? cloudy water

so its been over a week now and the water has cleared up some but still not clear like it was. Anything else I can try should I do a BIG water change now?

Diatomaceous earth filter like Vortex or a Magnum 350 with the micron sleeve attachment.

Had this problem over a year ago with a overstocked 150 (3x Pacu, 4x Silver Aro). Check your water parameters. Mine was all messed up b/c at the time i didnt know any better and changed out all the biomedia at once. Just make sure to keep up on your water changes, especially if the ammonia starts to get high.
