No cloudy eye.

That could be either ammo burn, or fish atack. You may have a eye striker there. I had a true parrot who went directly for the eye, and it looked like that.

Sounds like outdated test strips and chemical burn. Looking at the damage distribution on the eyes themselves, it was probably not an attack with teeth, but a chemical effect. Did anybody spray any chemicals, paint anything, etc. in your house?

nope nothing has been sprayed in the house. I'm going to get a new kit today and retest everything just to be safe.

Looks a lot like ammonia burn especially at tips of fins.
