What i caught Cat fishing

I caught this guy while I was cat fishing in my pound. It was probably one of the hardest things I have ever done trying to get that hook out but after about an hour It came loose and I sent him to the river.

How were you trying to remove it?

You should have just cut the hook off and let him go. The hook would have eventually worked it's way out.

I think it is crueler to leave the hook in. That is really big. Glad the hook caught on the mouth rather than anywhere else.
