Well that would be a wierd and somewhat naturally accuring food.

How big is the piranha/arowana? If each are at max size, well the arowana must be a good 5-6ft+ long to fit a fish of that height into its gob. piranhas when small and large do not pose a threat if eaten. IE, They will not eat thier way out from the stomach. And if they are being eaten anyway, they have a VERY slim chance of survival.

Kinda like asking if a bee you swallowed would sting you to death from the inside :p

i think the piranha would eat its way out like how the bee would sting

As soon as it's in the mouth, it's suffocating because there is no room (or oxygenated water) for it to pump it's gills.

I had a Nile Perch that would eat whatever hit the water before The perch
even new what it was . I all was wanted to toss in 2 " Piranha just to show
off (My Nile Perch would eat Piranha ). :headbang2
SO to answer ? Good by Piranha .

Mystix you underestimate the size of an aros mouth.
