what is a cheap, beginner's stingray?

are motoros able to be converted off things like shrimp, worms etc. and onto sinking pellet foods? this is one concern for me - supply of foods to feed rays.
any feedback?

Yes. I have alot of rays on pellets. Can be done. Some rays take them first try.. Some take weeks.
