Jewels are easy but large. If you don't have enough room like a 100 gallon you can't breed them.

Jewels can be bred in a 30 long or anything bigger, you don't need 100 gallons for a pair of 5" fish.

a nice pair of killifsh is about $25. they breed in as small as a 10g with nothing but a breeding mop or floaing plants. and the fry if its a really nice type of killis can be sold at a decent amount, and not alot of lfs have a connection for them.

Or you could get the killifish that breed when the water runs low. They are real easy to breed just start lowering the water. Then poof, baby killis are there.

Um what species of killifish? There are different species of killifish, be specific.

I agree that bristlenose would be a good place to start as they are fairly easy too breed you need a rock with a hollow underneath with a snug entry so the male can guard it by sitting in front you also need a piece of driftwood as the fry need to feed on it they lay eggs every 2 weeks and can breed in a 100 liter/2ft tank you will have too feed them algea disks as it is common to starv them by the way they will not eat thier young i have a pair living with 4 generations of young they may not be worth much but they do sell I hope i have helped you good luck

Neolamprologus brichadi. They got great character and al long as you keep the water hard and the female has alot of hiding places and a few dither fish theyll be fine and you should be able to get a bit of money for the fry!:headbang2

Afra are cake to breed and will do so in a 30 gallon. Also a very beautiful fish.

convicts, jags and dempseys. the big cichlids are fairly easy to breed. just when dealing with the larger sa/ca cichlids you have to worry about the larger males killing the female. like dovii males
