Asian sytle is the idea or concept that you can never over stock a tank there is all ways room for one more and when your tank has more fish then water in it you know its asian style

Asian style gets a bad rep but its possible to keep all of the fish healthy but its usually ALOT of work here are a few classic example of asian style

NONE are my pics borrowed from the internet and a few old threads about the legand Toospicynoodle who mastered the art of asian style tanks

I think you meant legend, but IMHO, this guy is a moron. I'm not a fan of his "art."

how can anyone say the fish are not happy and its cruel for the fish

rubbish

i have had p14 rays breed in a packed Asian style tank with loads of fish

if they wasn't happy they wouldn't breed

i have also had uaru.f spawn in a packed tank they are meant to be a very hard fish to keep

i now have a pair of Asian arowana that paired up with 9 aros in the tank

that sounds like a good track record if its meant to be cruel and the fish are not happy

Yeah and thats why we have fish, we can care less about there needs as long as they swim and look nice!!! i am not a bandwagon person but some people say that is toospicynoodle's art, it isnt it is simply cruel. has anybody stopped to count how many differant water requirements those fish need in one tank? they make me sick!!! Some people keep fish because it looks nice, if thats so, watch TV or paint a picture of a bunch of suffering fish instead of actually making A LIVING CREATURE suffer. i lost a lot of respect for MFK.
T1karmann i agree with your stance on hybrids but not on this.
Can anybody say that those fish would rather be in that fish soup then in a natural tank?
