What is everyone feeding their arapaima?

Still doing well, he's active, his pond is still going strong, crystal water.
Only had algae problems earlier this year and took me far too long to realize a very simple solution to the problem...water hyacinth..
Did cost me my nice red Oscar. In the green murky water, either the cats or the Pima got it.. Not happy with it but ok, that's nature.
But within days after covering most of the filters and settling tanks with hyacinth, water cleared up and is now back to normal. Lesson learned...
