Thanks Miles.... I appreciate the input. So you're saying it's NOT worth $200?

They have a lower initial value out of the wild than Motoros.. so if he is charging more than what he charges for common Motoro (not marble) than he is just inflating prices..

I would say $100-150 especially coming from an importer/vendor.. depends on size, too..

I personally don't like the guy at all so I will refrain from commenting any further :D

Size and collection area is a factor in the price.. if the ray is large enough where it can only be shipped 1 per box, that will double the price. If it came from Colombia, its a shorter flight distance than Peru. Either way, these 'Common Rays' as fisherman would call them are very abundant and they sell them to exporters for about 1/2 the cost of a low-grade Motoro.. My 'landed cost' estimations could be off because I havent imported in a few years and gas prices have gone up, so I am sure box charges have as well..

Thank you Miles for refraining from turning this into mud slinging. Coming from someone standing on the sidelines it gets old real fast. All I was asking for was info and it seemed the post turned sour immediatly without me even goin so far as to mention where it came from. I'm not here to advertise for anyone. And it shouldn't matter where I aquired this specimen from. And that shouldn't make a difference as to weather or not information about this specimen can be shared with me. I'm simply looking for knowledge. I think that's what this forum is for. What is passed on to me will be passed on to other hobbyists. I'm going to assume that we should be able to share knowledge without any childish name calling or making accusations. I just thought it was a somewhat appealing ray and was thinking about getting more......

Any pics Zoodiver??

should be worth about 100$....
