my senagal has a buldge on its stomach, im not sure what it is...seems to be a red sore on the skin.....he seems to be off balance and isn't swimming around much...i have no idea what it could, be any ideas?

how big is the sore? is it being picked on by tank mates?

30-40% water change
raise the temp to mid 80's
dose with aquarium salt 1tbls to 10gallons.
may have to isolate in hospital tank.

sucks yah raise temp and add salt, if possible move him to a quarantine tank with low water level to make it easy for him to breath
if he did swallow a piece of gravel is there any hope???cause things do not look good, but he isnt dead
